For the greatest comfort, we recommend wearing your new Vionic footwear for just a few hours for the first few days to allow your feet to adjust to the new level of orthotic comfort and support.
Vionic Winny is a women's lace-up leather trainer with a unique jute detail. It features a a removable insole that can be replaced with your own if needed, and a flexible yet durable rubber sole.

Please note that the size you have purchased is accurately printed on the shoebox label. It is possible that the size label in the shoe itself may not match exactly. Rest assured that despite this potential difference you have in fact received the correct sized product."
UK standard delivery is free for orders over £75 and a charge of £4.25 will be applied for any order £75 or less. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for standard delivery which normally takes 2-3 days.
Next Day delivery is available for £5.99.
For same day dispatch with all delivery methods, order before 2:30 pm GMT, except for Saturdays where you must place your order before 11:30 am GMT.
No orders will be posted out on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
We are currently not taking orders for international delivery.
Returns
We offer a Royal Mail service for returns. For more information please click here.
Items must be in their original condition and returned within 28 days of receiving them. Return to our Southampton store or post them back to us with your returns form enclosed.
Upon receipt of your return, a £4.25 charge will be deducted from your total refund amount.
