If you are unable to book an appointment we have a team of fitters ready to help walk ins, please come in at a time that suits you. We are open between 8.45am and 5.00pm Monday through to Saturday.

Our team of experienced fitters are on hand to ensure your child is expertly measured and fitted for their back-to-school shoes. Visit us in-store for a stress free experience.

A limited number of fitting appointments are available for those who prefer to book in advance. These are not a necessity, we still accept walk-ins.

Back to School Appointments:

Each appointment is 30 minutes long which is ideal for 1 to 2 children.  If you have more than 2 children please book back to back appointments.

We ask that you do not book multiple appointments if you do not intend on using all of them.

Please arrive within 5 minutes of your appointment time otherwise you may risk losing your slot.

On arrival if there is a queue, please wait at the 'Appointments' sign, at the ladies department door.  This is separate from our main entrance which will be used for walk ins.
